MOTIVATION

After have I watched this article four times, it has been difficult for me to understand its meaning, but I have tried to get the main ideas and this is the results:
First of all, I agree that money is a motivator, if you don't pay enough, people won't be motivated, because money is probably essential nowadays to cover our needs, but on the other hand, its effect may be important during a short time.
For this reason is necessary to think about other ways in order to get  higher motivation and could be autonomy, mastery and purpose. Autonomy, the desire to be self directed, in my point of view, should be changed by participation, as the capacity to take part in the decisions and share the responsibility about results.-
In addition, I strongly believe that to get motivation is necessary to have  a good environment. It is an important not only about facilities, but also about relationship with the different people within the company.

In relation to education I believe that the instructions show in this article  would be positive taking in consideration that it is very important to engage pupils not only respecting exams and their results. We should raise motivation giving more participation to children in different activities into the class.
